OVERVIEW

This website is operated by BoardingReady, founded by Cassie Evans. Throughout this document the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to BoardingReady. By visiting this site and purchasing from us you agree to the following terms and conditions.

BoardingReady resources are practical digital guides written from 10 years of real experience inside Australian boarding houses. They are designed to be grab and go references for boarding staff, students and families. They are not formal qualifications, accredited training courses or replacements for your school's own policies and procedures.

Please read these terms carefully before purchasing.

SECTION 1 — ABOUT OUR RESOURCES

All BoardingReady resources are digital downloads delivered as HTML files inside a ZIP folder. They are designed to be opened in any modern web browser including Chrome and Safari on any device.

Our resources are practical guides written from personal experience. They are designed to complement your school's existing policies, not replace them. Always defer to your school's specific procedures where they differ from anything contained in our guides.

While every effort has been made to ensure the content is accurate, practical and up to date, BoardingReady does not warrant that the resources will meet every school's specific requirements. Content is reviewed periodically and updated versions may be released.

SECTION 2 — PURCHASES AND DELIVERY

All products are digital downloads. After purchase you will receive a secure download link valid for 24 hours. Please download and save your files promptly.

Due to the digital nature of our products we do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. If you experience a technical issue with your download please contact us at hello@boardingready.com.au and we will do our best to help.

Prices are listed in Australian dollars and are subject to change without notice.

SECTION 3 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All BoardingReady content including guides, templates, text and design is the intellectual property of BoardingReady and Cassie Evans. You may not reproduce, resell, share or distribute any part of our resources without written permission.

You are welcome to use the resources personally within your own school or boarding house. School licences for whole-team access are available — contact us at hello@boardingready.com.au for details.

SECTION 4 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

BoardingReady resources are practical guides written from personal experience. They are not legal advice, medical advice or formal professional training. Any decisions made on the basis of content in our guides are the responsibility of the user and their school.

BoardingReady and Cassie Evans will not be liable for any loss, damage or claim arising from the use of our resources.
